This place has really gone down hill. My order has been wrong numerous times recently and most recently: I received cheese on a double burger when I ordered a little HAMburger. I’m lactose intolerant. When I eat dairy I throw up perfusely and I could die. Their lack of attention could have cost me my life. And it was not even busy. There was no excuse. Also, has anyone noticed how they’ve been skimping out on the french fries?! They used to hook it up now they just fill up the cup. Lame. Boo, five guys. Bad service, not enough french fries.

Best tasting cheese burgers I have ever had; they give you plenty of fires so if you’re ordering for two get one large fry or even medium fries, you’ll be taking some home either way!

No cheese fries which they have at the new york city venues. Staff seemed friendly enough, was a little joke-y so that gave a good atmosphere. They definitely give the most amount of fries compared to NYC. A little there would be about a large in NYC because they scoop everything inside the fry mixer and throw it in the bag with the rest of your food. Cajun fries is just regular fries with the spicy powder which doesn’t get mixed thoroughly but it’s still good! Not bad, but very typical and nothing too special.

Don’t know what they’re doing here,(or not doing), but it’s not a great Five Guys. The burger patties were flattened paper thin. One broken part of a pattie was sticking out, and without any of the toppings on it, I found the meat to be dry and tasteless. And they left out one of the toppings I ordered. The French fries, which I usually love, we’re just not great. Won’t be a return customer here!

my favorite has to be their cajun fries… as for the burgers, it’s best to eat it right on the spot.

Really just your average Five Guys burgers and fries. Get the service and food you would expect. Nothing too exceptionally special and stand out about this Five Guys location as compared to any other location. It simply satisfies any minor cravings for a burger and whatnot.

It’s Five Guys. It’s pretty much like the Five Guys in DC where the chain originated. It’s pretty much like the Five Guys down in FL. It’s Five Guys. Which means it’s awesome.

Service could be better. Overall the orders have always been correct and food is good for the price.

Burgers and fries are great. Like how the fries are never undercooked, I hate that. Burger toppings & bun are always fresh. Took away a star due to staff sweeping under my table as I was eating. That’s pretty rude and evasive. That small mishap aside, I would highly recommend to anyone that loves burgers & fries.

after hearing people rave on and on about the five guys and how cool they are for both back in my former homeland of Florida and now in Jersey for so long I kinda had big expectations coming in, this being my first time trying this establishment. I was a bit underwhelmed. yeah the burger was pretty good and the toppings selection is quite good, but I think In ‘N Out Burger in California stacks up well in comparison for example. the cajun seasoned fries were pretty good, but they are just fries. serving size was enormous. I asked for a regular and ended up getting just as many fries as my friend who got the large size, they just scooped them on in there. the people at the counter were pretty friendly. the free peanuts thing is pretty cool. but it was all mighty expensive for a fast food place. I ended up paying like 12 bucks for a cheeseburger, regular fries, and a drink. For 10 dollars I can eat at the Indian buffet place down the street and get unlimited, freshly prepared healthy food including lots of vegetables and a big variety of stuff to choose from. so paying close to 10 bucks for a burger and fries seems like maybe OK to do once in awhile, but not something I would want to make a habit of, particularly because my general ambition is to reduce rather increase my body fat percentage and cholesterol count.

Amazing burger, love the fries. They give you a humongous amount for a small fry. Simple menu. The seats are hard solid wood. I guess they don’t want you to get too comfortable lol. They won awards for the best burger in the Zagat surveys. Anyway better than Smashburger and Zin burger IMHO. I loved the peanuts!

This place is so good, im glad its not that close to my home cause i would just get fat living so close to this amazing junk food. The burgers here are awesome, you get FRESH never frozen meat and you can tell the difference between this and crap fast food. The fries are made in peanut oil and it gives them a great taste and they never taste like oil. And btw you pretty much never need to order the large fries unless youre with like 4 people and splitting it cause for a regular the guy fills it, sticks it in your bag, and then scoops another full scoop of fries and throws it on top of the fries in the bag. So you end up with this massive pile of great tasting fries, what more can you ask for. The only thing keeping this from being 5 stars is the price! 5 $ for a burger with no fries or drink included is a bit much imo.

GoodfFries and burgers! Easy access. Good stop to get back to normal food after a few days at a casino. Definitely better than the 5 guys in Old Bridge, NJ.

We were introduced to Five Guys a few years ago in Maryland. After a trying time of shopping with the children, it was time for a quick bite. The guy taking the order was patient and friendly. The restaurant was clean. The girl who prepared our order was friendly and helpful. The main attraction(the food) was as awesome as we had remembered. The fresh burgers were perfectly cooked. we opted for several different toppings. The result was smiles all around. My BIL had raved about the fries. I recall them being nothing special. I don’t know if something changed in the last couple years, but we loved the fries. A good amount of salt. We noted the potatoes were from North Dakota today. Nice touch. For a fast food joint, the burgers are delicious. It’s not cheap dining here. One can easily beat the burgers at home on his own grill, but for the quick bite on the run, I’d take this any day over the other options.
