Love it here! Friendly staff. They get my order correct all the time and now when I go through the drive thru, they know my order and say, «I got this» lol. Clean and now this new location is on the way for those taking White Horse Pike (Route 30) to AC.

The service at this DD is quite lacking. This location is where Wendy’s used to be. The parking is good. A long line to order. Not unusual for DD, right. The person taking the order didn’t get my decaf tea order right first off. Didn’t confirm if I wanted a bun vs a muffin. Didn’t get the regular coffee request either. They’ve got some more training to get better. The breakfast sandwiches were pass. The donuts not good. Try one more time, maybe.

The coffee and goodies are fairly standard. The only thing that sets places like this apart from other nearby DD locations is the service. They don’t like to accept coupons or promotions for free coffee. They treated me like a criminal when I showed my Foursquare for a free coffee. The guy told me it had to have a barcode to be valid. I showed him my phone, which he almost dropped. I pointed out the code reference and he called another employee to help. They ended up giving me my free drink very reluctantly.

It’s clean and the lady who was working this location when I came in was friendly, despite being rather stressed because it was evening and they were kinda busy and she was working the front by herself. It’s a D.D., the coffee is pretty good and I often stop at D.D. for that, I like the egg white flatbread, I love the donuts too but I try not to eat them too often because I want to avoid horizontal expansion. in this case I just had coffee, but I think the whole idea of the franchise is the coffee and donuts will taste the same in New Jersey as they do in Alaska, so does it matter what I had at this location? Only differences between locations are some variations in menu and the cleanliness and staff friendliness/​efficiency of particular franchises.
