After my car was in an accident, they did an amazing job! They handled the insurance companies and took care of everything. They made it very easy for me (I had no clue what to do or expect) My car not only looks fantastic, but runs like new! Everyone I dealt with was super nice and helpful-​overall a great experience. Would highly recommend Universal Auto Body.

My car was towed here for being pulled over for a registration I had no idea was expired. I went to retrieve the car. All I had to pay for it was my credit card. The owner would not take it, despite the fact that they do take credit cards there. He insisted on cash. It’s Christmas Eve, and my company pays me once a month, and I don’t get paid again until the 31^st. I pleaded, but still, no. Grinch. I’ll never take my car there for legitimate business.
Update: Isn’t it a violation of your merchant agreement with Mastercard/​Visa to not accept them at your own discretion? Besides that, it was Christmas Eve. You can’t give someone a break on Christmas Eve? And, I DID call the shop before I came, nobody was there on Christmas Eve, I HAD to call them to come down. At NO point was I told it was cash only.

I was very impressed with this company. After my car was in an accident a few months ago, it was sent to Universal. They did an amazing job with my car and always kept in touch with me to let me know how things were going. I always spoke to Lindsay, Tom, and Lenny, and they did a fantastic job with the repairs. I’d refer anyone to them who’s in the Abington/​Weymouth area.
