Joel has been building and repairing computers for over 20 years. What began as a hobby grew into a passion which has developed into a business. Combining his commitment to helping others with a passion for technology, Joel founded a computer repair service in 2010. In April, 2012, that company became Computer Troubleshooters of Fort Washington, PA, joining a global franchise of IT service professionals.

Joel Ford has been building and repairing computers for over 20 years. More than just a «geek», Joel has practical experience installing and troubleshooting networks, server systems, software applications, as well as information services, data management, e-​mail, web hosting applications, and more for both small businesses and residential users.

As an executive leader in the delivery of human services, he was directly involved in the design and implementation of technology solutions at organization, community, and regional levels.
