It doesn’t matter how many costumers this store ever has, you will be sure to wait at least 20 minutes or more.
The store is redundantly filled with staff which may seem perennially occupied but, upon careful supervision is just trying to avoid the inevitable task of helping the costumer who is patiently awaiting his/​her turn.
Quite honestly, in an era where everything can be dealt with remotedly (online or through a phone call), this center’s ultimate source of all busy business is most likely a costumer wanting the latest iphone/​ipad or galaxy coming with the perks of being an aficionado AT&T member.
All in all, not the best and most efficient store i have come to be costumer in. The main reason for it being constantly packed is the fact that it is the only offiial store in town.

The store is behind the mall right next to big Johnson liquor.
We got in and out very quickly and the staff is very friendly and knowledgable about all of their products and services!

Man, this place stays so busy, I hate the WAIT!!! But, most of them are good at customer service so you will usually leave satisfied. If AT&T will ever upgrade the service to match that of the DFW area, most problems would go away!
