Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming Aberdeen

i love this place! They have been so good with my little girl! They rescued her after she got an awful cut from a local petco. Jess is the best! My pup loves her and she always does a great job!

Charlie the Cockapoo loves to visit Woof Gang… As soon as we get out of the car he drags us to the door. He loves the cookies and treats and its a special day when he gets an antler or yak-​bone after his bath and grooming. No complaints here, the staff know him by name and are always welcoming and helpful.

We LOVE going to Woof Gang. The staff has been extremely knowledgable, very friendly and accommodating. Our pug puppy «Friend» had severe stomach problems the first few months we had him. After explaining our situation to the staff at woof gang (note*after all the vet visits and his recommendations didn’t help), the woof gang staff was extremely helpful in pinpointing the problem. They gave us tons of samples to try. I am very very happy to say that Pug Friend found a great and affordable food that works wonders with his specific allergies. We visit the store each weekend to get our pup some great baked treats. We have his nails trimmed and they have always done a wonderful job. If you live in the area,

Absolutely love this place! The store is so cute and clean and they have a wide variety of high quality treats and bones that my pup loves. My dog doesn’t need to be groomed so I can’t speak to that but she has gotten her nails clipped there and they did a great job at a much better price than petsmart or petco. The front staff are all so friendly. When I couldn’t find a particular collar in the size I wanted they found a way to order it for me and it came within 3 days. The harnesses, leashes, and collars they carry are all high quality. They are also always running different promotions and sales. Highly recommend!

Extremely disappointed in the customer service of this place. On a Monday I scheduled my dog’s appointment for that Friday stating that I was having a party Saturday so he could be nice and fresh. My appt. was at 9:30 and at 9 I get a call that they have to change my appointment to the afternoon because a groomer called out. No problem, these things happen. Then at 11:30 I get a call that they have to cancel my appointment all together and offered an 11:30 appointment the next day which I couldn’t do because I was hosting a party to begin at 2. I expressed extreme dissatisfaction with their methods and she did nothing to accommodate me. I just moved to the area and was hoping to find my new grooming spot to be a monthly customer but they really ruined it. I waited all week for that appointment! I could have went somewhere else, at least they could have properly assessed their situation and realized there was no point to reschedule me to the afternoon so I would have had a better shot of finding somewhere else to go first thing in the morning. Just extremely disappointed in the way they handled the situation and now I will not be making a second attempt.

Great store and very friendly staff. Good selection of a wide variety of dog food (canned and dry), treats and baked goods, all made in the good ol’ USA. Also a good selection of dog accessories too. And of course full service and self service grooming options at inexpensive rates.

Beautiful store and very friendly staff. Very clean. I have two 80 pound dogs, who need baths and nail trimmings, no haircuts.
I will say, I saw small dogs there and the all came out looking beautiful.
I typically wash my dogs myself, but I was getting ready for party, they were due for a bath, and I didn’t have the time or energy to do it myself.
My dogs are used to baths and having their nails trimmed, and they are, for the most part, very well behaved. I left them off and came back in 2 hours and they were done and smelling good. Their nails were dremelled much better/​shorter than I could do, and I saw no evidence of it being done too closely to the quick.
One thing I will say, is that my baths keep them cleaner for a longer period of time (I may not rinse and repeat with my own hair, but I certainly do with my dogs and am very thorough about it. :)).
Taking my two large dogs to a groomer is a luxury for me, but it’s nice to know that in a pinch, I’ve got a go to place.

The store it beautiful and the front desk staff are very nice and helpful, but I would not have my dog groomed here again. I cannot recall the groomers name, it may have been Colleen, but she was a little stand-​offish at first which made me uncomfortable but I sent our dog to get groomed anyways. After he was done she seemed a lot nicer, but she seemed nervous to cut him. He came out looking almost exactly the same as I dropped him off. I requested he go in the back again to shave his behind more, belly and face, which she did, but she seemed nervous to cut any hair off. I understand as a new store maybe she would rather cut less than more, but I still would like to determinate that my dog was actually cut. I would go here for food, treats and any other supplies but I will not have my dog groomed here again. I thought maybe I was the only one who felt this way, but I spoke to two other friends who tried this groomer and they also agree that they would not return. Definitely go buy their food and treats and check out the pretty store, but maybe consider getting your pup groomed at another salon.

Excellent dog grooming services! The prices are great too. Cheaper than your local chain pet store. The dog cookie selection is impressive. Check them out.
