I picked my car up today. Jimmy Shannon still hadn’t located a front end after 2 weeks. I paid for the work he did from the deposit I’d already paid and was refunded the rest. He took responsibility for not finding a front end because I had a police man escort me there in case there was any trouble. As long as I went there alone he said he didn’t control parts and he offered no assistance for extra rental car days I paid for as a result of him ordering the front end to the wrong car. I still have to sort out my complaint w the Attorney General that I filed. I do not recommend T & as for anyone.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Car always leaves looking brand new(4 accidents). And Earl and MaryJane are the absolute best!

When my car was damaged by hail my insurance company had me bring it here to get repainted. They didn’t even bother to clean the car off before they painted it. When I got my car back the paint was bubbled from debris they just painted over instead of removing prior to painting the car. I had my insurance company send a representative out to show him what a horrible job they did painting my car. When I confronted the shop manager about the horrible job he told me «most people would be happy with this paint job your just the one percent that isn’t». My insurance company had them repaint the car again and to this day it still isn’t right.
