We called them to fix the separated liner in our pool. They said someone would be by the next week to fix it. We were out of town for two + weeks When we returned not only was it not fixed but it was way worse. I called them and asked why they did come and fix the separated liner. They asked an assoc why and said they did come by and it couldn’t be fixed. I asked why they didn’t call us I was told they are to busy. The statement It Couldn’t be Fixed is absurd it may not have been a simple repair but options should have been given We certainly weren’t going to fill in the pool you can always replace a liner that would fix it !!! That’s what we will do but not with them.
