Quick service. Agents are waiting for you to walk in the door and are very helpful. Good store organization, with all of their devices displayed and available for test-drives. Clean and well-lit. In my experience, the agent I worked with was somewhat pushy, but the issue was complicated and the agent turned out to be mostly correct when all was said and done.

Absolutely fantastic customer service! My wife and I went in for new mobile phones, and Michael quickly outlined(and showed, all demo phones on the floor are fully functional as opposed to just having a sticker on the face that shows what the display looks like when turned on) the differences between the latest Droid phones and the iPhone so that we could make an informed decision. Once that was complete, he quickly transferred over all the data from our old phones and got the paperwork done. He even made sure that our original Unlimited Data Plan was grandfathered in so that we weren’t stuck with the current plans that limit the amount of data downloaded per month. To top it off, the manager broke away from the customer he was with to make sure that everything was just right. I walked in the store today and asked for a refund for our phones since the price of the iPhone 4S dropped by $ 100 with the announcement of the the iPhone 5 release next week. Without any hassle, I was quickly credited $ 200 on our bill, and again the manager was right there with the saleswoman making sure that I was satisfied(in spite of the store being busy again). There are a lot of choices when it comes to wireless phones and services, but I am more than satisfied that the customer service provided makes up for any $ 5 or $ 10 discount that you might find somewhere else.
