Pinfold Property Services provides a superior lettings and management service to landlords in north Nottinghamshire, South Yorkshire and the surrounding area. As an independent agent we are not bound by geographical boundaries and as independent members of a UK wide network of lettings agents we can help wherever your property is situated.

Our ethos is to provide a great service at a sensible price. The business is managed by Andrew Fullelove who is a graduate in housing and a Chartered Member of the institute of housing. Having worked in both the social and private housing sector over 15 years Andrew brings a wealth of experience to serve the interests of both landlord and tenant.

History

Established in 2006.

Pinfold Property Services started life as a personal solution to providing property management to a personal portfolio of buy to let properties.

Through word of mouth referrals it grew too big to be treated as a hobby but remains small enough to cater for the requirements of our individual clients.

Pinfold Property Services is not located on the high street so its overheads are limited compared to some of its competitors. This is reflected in its fee structure. In addition it is not registered for VAT which saves its clients even more in fees!

Pinfold Property Services is still accessible being located at the modern offices at The Turbine Business Centre off the A57 near Worksop.

After taking a degree in Housing Studies at Sheffield Hallam University Andrew worked in both the public and private housing sector over a number of years.

Although having specialised in the leasehold and block management sector in his corporate role Andrew recognised a need for providing good quality housing management at an affordable price in the buy to let sector.

Pinfold Property Services was initially set up on a part time but it eventually came about that more time was needed to provide the service clients and tenants expected and in March 2010 Andrew started running the company on a full time basis. From there it has gone from strength to strength providing good quality housing management to landlords in the north Nottinghamshire and South Yorkshire area.

Pinfold Property Services is also an independent member of a UK network of residential letting agents and as such can assist landlords and tenants in any part of the country.
