History

Established in 1926.

Our practice was founded 130 years ago in Malvern.

The Worcester Office was opened in 1926 when Charles Whatley was appointed Under-Sheriff for the County of Worcestershire, a post that Andrew Duncan still holds to this day.

We have served the needs of local clients for a considerable time and believe that our service-driven approach and personal attention to clients delivers them the best possible results and experience in often stressful and worrying situations.

The firm has continued to develop, recruiting staff that can add value and expertise for our clients. Today we have 6 partners in the firm, each specialising in their own particular field but working closely to assist each client.
