Went with my friends to buy a face mask , they thought we were sketchy and were stealing . 3 employees followed us around giving us dirty looks and talking about us . Made me and my friends very unwelcome and uncomfortable as we were just trying to purchase a face masks each . Rude staff and bad hospitality , overall very disapointed !!

I always used this branch of Superdrug when I was a kid and even now when I pop back to see my parents I try and make time to have a quick ‘essentials’ shop before I leave. It’s not the largest Superdrug store, nor the most glam, but they are always fully stocked, the shop girls are friendly but not over-keen or ‘in your face’ and it’s well laid out(well, to be fair I’ve been using it for 20-odd years so I guess I just know where everything is!) My favourite thing about this store, however, is the resident cat(you noticing a pattern of me liking shops more if they have a pet?) He’s not actually Superdrug’s cat, he belongs to the pet shop next door, but you’ll often find this gorgeous black and white, chubby little moggy sat in one of the aisles, whiling the hours away. He’s the world’s most patient and chilled out cat, I’ve seen many a bored child running towards him for a cuddle and he’s completely unphased by them. Cuteness! Ahh Superdrug — you’re an oldie but a goodie!
