Originating from the Lawsons Lettings team established in 1990, this company was formed to offer lettings and management services to the Investor landlord in particular, focusing on dealing with all the unique Investment stategies that Landlords face.

Dawn Bennett, has been at the forefront of Lettings and Management for 10 years, ARLA qualified and experienced in all areas of lettings, she has managed highly successful teams whilst maining loyal relationships with her clients nationwide.

She has full and yet unique experience as a letting agent in dealing with Options, HMO’s and LHA which makes her the ideal candidate for handling «Investor» landlord properties nationwide.

She has a strong yet personable approach with both her colleagues and clients.

Dawn manages the Concentric Head Office Branch and has proven that her ability to build strong relationships with all her client landlords and bueinss colleagues.
