This is our favorite Indian restaurant, hands down. The Mogul has all the typical dishes you might want for the less adventurous, but if you want to try some truly unique and delicious dishes, they are numerous and the chef continues to update the menu from time to time. We particularly love the lamb usineko, the Mantu Gosht, which has minced lamb in a steamed dumpling wrapper, and even the goat curry with scotch bonnet chilli for those who can take it VERY spicy. The food is consistently good, and the service is friendly and welcoming. As my son has remarked, everyone at the restaurant seems to be a regular, because once you’ve tried it, you will definitely be coming back again!

Absolutely abysmal. After waiting an hour and a half for our starter, we had to complain to the maitre’d who was aggressive and refused to answer what was going on in the kitchen. Around us people were leaving due to not getting any food. We were offered soggy complimentary poppadums as an apologetic gesture. Eventually we received starters which were mostly cold, and needed to be replaced from the kitchen. Mains were another 30 minute wait, and several arrived cold. We did receive complimentary drinks during this time unfortunately a bottle of wine which nobody wanted. Food(that which was hot) was good, but service completely unacceptable.

Fantastic Indian! Mohin the head chef travels the middle and far east to get inspiration for some if his fusion dishes. I particularly enjoy the range of rices on offer. Try Panat Bhat, you will not be dissapointed!

From the outside this curry house does not look like much but the food is really stunning. I have tried most of the curry houses within a 3 mile radius and the Mogul shines out. Mohin, the head chef, has created some amazing dishes taking inspiration from all over India, Pakistan and Nepal. There are some great fusion dishes alongside your classic indian dishes. To dip your toe in the water, try the Panat Baht rice instead of the traditional pilau, and you will not be disappointed!
