Cumin & Coriander is a family run restaurant that prides itself on serving the finest Indian cuisine. We specialise in freshly prepared authentic dishes from the North Indian state of Punjab.

The ‘Tandoor’, North India’s traditional clay oven is considered to be the most versatile kitchen equipment in the world. Without one it is almost impossible to extract the same flavours when making kebab or tikka dishes. Cooking in a tandoor gives a unique taste to dishes, vastly different from those cooked on an open fire and it is for this reason here at Cumin & Coriander we insist on using this traditional style of cooking.

At Cumin & Coriander, we only use the best ingredients, the highest quality herbs and spices and the freshest meats, fish and vegetables to prepare every dish. The method of preparation we prefer demands that every dish is individually cooked and we kindly request your patience as this may mean that it can take a little longer to carefully prepare your delicious food.
