My dear 83 year old mother had bought one of their Circulation Boosters because a friend had recommended it and said that it would give her Good Results since she suffers from a Prolapsed Bladder, Heart Condition and Very Swollen Legs Whereby She Is In Pain ALL The Time When She Walks, however, in my 83 year old mother’s case, Actegy’s Product did NOT serve her any justice at all!
In fact, she Rarely used it and Complained about Their Useless Machine all the time since she Never benefited from it asking ME when can I return it for a Full Refund since she was Terribly Angry and Upset with Their Machine.
For Your Information: The reason of Why it took me so long to get back to Actegy in order to let them know about how Unhappy my mother was with their product was because I do NOT live out here in Toronto, Ontario Canada where my mother resides since I do live in Los Angeles, California and the machine was with my mother the whole time (left in her closet) and since she is NOT in good health at the present time, she was therefore Unable to take the initiative of complaining to Actegy on her own and has therefore asked me to assist her for when I returned back to Toronto, Ontario Canada which is where I am at the present time!
Furthermore, I also provided the name of the merchant of where she had purchased their machine from which was: Shopper’s Drug Mart on the date of: July 12, 2013 in the amount of: $ 233.96.
If they do need the receipt, unfortunately, my mother lost her receipt, however, I did pay for this with an HSBC Mastercard using the money that she gave to me and if they still need the receipt, unfortunately, I will NOT be able to get it them until the middle of August since my credit card company has Refused to send me out a copy of my receipt to my mother’s Canadian address and is therefore only sending it out to my Los Angeles, California address.
Getting Back To The Machine: On the machine itself, I was able to find the Model Number: # CB-​V3 with the Serial Number of: # 147−2012−11−20 850 with the Final Numbers written at the bottom of the machine which are:
0 4 0 1 0 7 — 1 1.
In my initial letter to the company, I offered to Return their Circulation Booster machine back to them in order to get the Full Refund Of $ 233.96, however, after I had sent out my letters of complaint, I ONLY received one phone call on the very next day and it was extremely Negative and Disgusting!
The woman that called ME twisted the whole story around trying to say that my mother’s machine was defective and trying to offer ME an exchange for a product that my mother does NOT want and hardly ever used it as well!
She obviously NEVER read my letter and if she did, then she obviously was trying very hard to block out many of the things that I mentioned in my letter because obviously she did NOT care at all!
NOT only that, but she REFUSED to allow me to return the unused product for a Full Refund, even though it does NOT say on their website that You can NOT get a Refund!
Yes, I am Very ANGRY, PISSED OFF and UPSET over this company’s VERY POOR TREATMENT OF ME AND MY MOTHER!
If this would have been Bed Bath & Beyond or JC Penney for example, then I would NEVER HAVE THESE PROBLEMS!
I personally would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYBODY, nor would I ever buy anything from Actegy ever again!
I did NOT enjoy this Bad Experience and I gave the company a Chance to rectify it and make it up to me and they have Refused to Cooperate with their Customer and NOT only that, but when You email their company executives, they NEVER respond!
I wonder Why?
and…I thought that the Customer was always Right???
