Really, really good apple pie ice cream. £2 for a single-​scoop waffle cone, so it’s well priced for the UK. Went back here a few times on a trip to the Lake District, and well worth a return. Their sticky toffee ice cream is a touch disappointing — not much flavour. Banana walnut is special and worth a one-​scoop commitment.

After a long afternoon ferrying across a lake and walking around in the hot sun, my dad suggested we grab some ice cream here, especially since they claim to offer 36 ice cream flavors (
). However, when we entered we noticed that many of the ice cream containers had repeated flavors, so there weren’t actually 36.
My sister and I decided to go for the Cherry Cheesecake and Raspberry Ripple. The Cherry Cheesecake had a pretty unique flavor and the Raspberry Ripple was nice and creamy as well. However, I didn’t feel like it WOWed me or anything.
