Built 100 years ago FOUR GABLES is peacefully set, only 1 mile from the A1 and yet only a 3 minute walk from bustling Georgian village of Boston Spa with its shops, restaurants, pubs and riverside walks. With a wealth of period «arts and craft» features adding character and charm, the oak and terracotta floors and original fireplaces transport you back to a more elegant period. The gardens of ½ an acre include a Japanese garden with water features. Harewood House is 10 minutes and York is a 20 minute drive whilst the Dales can be reached in 45 minutes. There are 3 double and one twin bedroom all are ensuite. One of the bedrooms is in a self contained cottage.

History

Established in 1996.

The house was converted to offer 2 double and one twin room all with ensuit bathrooms in 1996. In 1998 the outside coal house, laundry and gardeners toilet were converted to a self contained flat.

David & I are very pleased to welcome you to our house. We offer a beautiful house and a wonderful Yorkshire breakfast, eggs from our own hens homemade jams, meat from the local butcher and bread from the village baker.

Boston Spa is a delightful Georgian village with walks, shops pubs and places to eat
