Carpet fitted February still has line across entire width. Told this was pole line and would disappear in time. Complained and Martin Telfer visited and went over line with roller. Complained again two weeks later and he visited property again with another man in order to vacuum. I am nearly 90 and live alone, I felt intimidated and didn't grant access. They left me a print out titled 'I have line in my carpet - help' I have left a one star review only because it isn't possible to leave zero.
