Tom At 101

I seem to becoming a bit of a Warrington Unilocaler!
So we visited Toms 101 bar & grill last weekend in stocking Heath, I’m really liking this village.
Toms 101 Bar & Grill is a modern restaurant catering throughout the day, they offer afternoon tea, evening meals, Sunday roasts (sounded really good!) & you don’t have to have savoury you can just go for dessert! They also do a «late lounge» cocktails, wine, lots of fizz and live music.
I had the scallops for starters & the lobster Roll for my main, my partner had the classic burger — it was nice and I would visit again but seemed pricey, from looking at the menu they do have offers on throughout the day and Sunday’s we just went at the wrong time! A great place to visit though if you want a relaxing meal, some English cuisine, followed by the pleasure of live music afterwards, family friendly too :-)

I was really excited to go to Tom 101 this Saturday … Even downloaded app to check menu.
On arrival I asked for the pasta seafood tagliatelle, waiter told me didn’t do it anymore as menu changed (changed your app then).
Service very slow, had to ask 4 time for drinks. Ask for Parmesan with pasta, again been given some really cheap type of cheese NOT Parmesan .
Overall very overpriced restaurant with poor quality food.
I lived in knutsford and will not come back to this place. Paid £250 for 5 and wasn’t worth it .
Worth meal in a long time

Das One-​O-​One ist die Adresse um Warrington. Abends ist hier oft schwer ein Tisch ohne Reservierung zu bekommen und noch schwieriger wird’s bei Live-​Musik.
Stilvoll eingerichtet bietet das 101 eine abwechslungsreiche aber übersichtliche Speisekarte mit verschiedenen Tagesangeboten und Menüs. Ob man nun zu zweit oder mit Kollegen zum Business-​Lunch hingeht, man ist stets gut bedient und erhält für einen anständigen Preis auch eine ganz besonders gute Leistung.

If you are ever in Stockton heath you must goto Tom @ 101. Stylish décor, fantastic service and most importantly high standard of food make this place an absolute gem. They even have live music on thursday nights and sunday afternoons which means the cocktail bar is kept busy. The Tom @ 101 mojito is a must try if you are do frequent the cocktail bar on a music night.
Some of the nicest menu treats include button mushroom with garlic and thyme, lamb shank with minted gravy or you could go for Tom’s lobster, chilled with mayo, grilled with garlic or garnished with Tom’s thermidor sauce. I went for the lamb shank and it was tres tres bon… :) There s a dawn till dusk menu with two courses for £11.95 or 3 courses for £14.95… which I can live with considering quality of the food.
It really is a shame its not closer to where I live or I would pay it more visits. Stockton on Heath can be proud indeed. Alternatively picture this scenario in the future you are heading to the Pool and the M56 is clogged why not get off at Junction 10 and head towards Stockton heath for bit of Tom@101’s action… who knows… it may happen ;) DO IT… and thank me later!!!

Open since 2004, Tom at 101 has now become an institution in the Stockton Heath area. Having gone through a number of various managers the widely loved restaurant has gradually gone from strength to strength to the point where it recently won restaurant of the year in the Cheshire life food and wine awards.
Their expansive drinks menu includes a huge selection of wines from over 60 bins, making it the perfect place for the wine buff. With their well-​oiled kitchen team they provide excellent food at a decent pace, as your food never takes too long to arrive. It might also be worth remembering they serve a mind bogglingly good sticky toffee pudding.
Despite having a tendency to hire staff for looks rather than brains, the front of house team are usually very capable. Its classy interior and open plan table arrangement means that the atmosphere is always good whether it’s full or nearly empty.

Good atmosphere, but quite noisy so not ideal for a quiet romantic night! Expensive, but good food. Service is a bit hit and miss — you do need to keep reminding them that you’re there.
I’ve enjoyed every time that I’ve been to Toms, but I’m not sure that it’s value for money. The food is good, but I’m not sure the quality and service justifies the price.

A lovely venue to meet with friends, and certainly the menu looks good if pricey. However the food is hit and miss to be honest, i’ve been in about 6 or 7 times and only half of those meals have I been impressed with. Also they did have a fab band on regularly which were great but they don’t have them any more — I liked the live music, it was a good touch.

This restaurant does serve good food, it can be noisy but has a good atmosphere

I came here on a Friday night with a group of friends. We had a great night. The place was busy, noisy, but it had a great atmosphere. The food was excellent and the food was fine.
I would recommend it as a good night out, but not a place for a quiet romantic meal!
