Used the online service to book a taxi for the following day, email confirmation received. The following morning the taxi didn’t arrive at the time requested, waited 10 minutes before ringing to enquire where it was, only to be told my booking was for 15 minutes after the time I had booked. When I stated that this was incorrect, they disputed it despite the fact I had the email confirmation and then I was told they had tried to ring me even though I had my phone in my hand with no received or missed call. When I stated that I was now going to be late for an appointment, there was no apology forthcoming just that the taxi was five minutes away. This was the first time using this company and was hoping to find a reliable taxi firm - shame this is not it!!!

I’ve used Arrivals Star several times, and l have always been impressed by their punctuality, and the comfort of their cars. Drivers? I could say that they are the friendliest I’ve come across with in warrington.

Absolutely amazing service I’ve used other taxi company’s in Warrington for around 6 years most days but got absolutely fed up of the constant lies from operators the fees were like the stock market darting up and down Id be lucky If they’d arrive at all when I started using star it was a great service and still I use it to this day it’s more compared to a friend giving you a lift rather than a taxi driver ! Flawless
