The last proper butchers in Warrington I travel miles to come here, the meat is the best
, they can get you any cut you want if you ask. There are a lot of dodgy butchers these days serving up meat of dubious quality, shaws is a good old fashioned butchers helpful friendly service at all times, try them you won’t be dissapointed

A good honest butchers with reasonable prices and service.
They are serving the good people of Orford so they are not competing at the top end of product range or quality.
They also sell veg and tinned produce.
I’m not sure how much real butchering they do nowadays. I’ve asked for some lesser known cuts and have been told they don’t do them.
The back of the shop where most of the work is done is blocked off and I never trust what I can’t see. (That is no reflection on hygiene, just my preference)
They do source lots locally so should be commended for that
All in all it does what you’d expect of this type of shop.
