This establishment is a must if you are in the area. The fish and chips were not only a tremendous serving, but fresh! The owner Michael was extremely friendly and actually sat down at our table.
Will certainly be back my next time on this side of the pond.

Great pub /​traditional location. Watch for the low beam ceilings. Great meat pies… probably the best I have ever had. Enjoyed the atmosphere, cold beer and the great food. Will go back!

Stopped here for lunch on Sunday whilst on a bike ride through Herts. Was definitely impressed. Good food in decent portions, well presented. My friend had fish & chips which was fresh and crisp. My sausages and mash were very tasty. All round thumbs up.
