This store is not wheelchair accessible. When I visited, no one helped me up the stairs or even bothered to open the door for me. The manager, Joseph, was very rude. He served other customers ahead of me, although they were behind me in the queue. I waited a long, long time for my drink. When I asked if they forgot my drink, Joseph and the other employee laughed at me and found this amusing. They did not apologise and could have cared less. I will never return to Caffe Nero again.

Well, the barista just used the warm milk left over from the customer before me for my latte. So… I guess you could say I’m never coming here again.

A pretty standard exemplar of a chain outlet staff are reasonably friendly, and this place tends not to get too busy although there are always folk in here. The closest generic coffee place to the common if you don’t fancy Starbucks in the old town, or La Baita(the more expensive, but nonetheless preferebale choice) is packed out or shut.
