used to be a fantastic place until they change their Chef I have notice the ex server is now in the Kitchen and its a real Nightmare. the last 5 five times we went we had a complaint on the food Bye bye family favorite!!!

Visit here semi frequently, never been disappointed but equally never blown away. Food is good, staff always seem happy to help (they even replaced an entire dish as it had an egg based sauce to which im allergic too) value for money is great.

Seems to be a change of chef and management here recently as we used to use this place quite often and always the food and service was fine (not amazing as it is a chain). The last visit was dreadful! My wife and I both ordered Black n Blue burgers, and they came with half the ingredients missing! The staff seemed really rushed and stressed too. It’s a shame as I used to like easy dining here.

Have visited Frankie and Benny’s on a number of occasions and each time I have enjoyed it a great deal. The staff are very friendly and very courteous and will attempt to offer you any assistance you may require. The food I suppose it the reason you are there and you cannot be disappointed in the size of the menu nor the choices available, for example whether you are a keen pasta or pizza buff then you are more than catered for, or if you prefer the more meatier approach then they offer a selection of neat dishes such as mixed grills, chicken dishes and steak dishes to name but a few. My favourite is the meatball choice served with either spaghetti or a other pasta of your choice. There is a licensed bar on sight so all in all it make a great night out for the whole family.

Frankie and Benny’s is a great place to relax and enjoy good quality food and a nice, cold drink (there is a lovely bar area). The menu is the same as at any other of their numerous chains around the country and it can be quite expensive, although they do offer good discounts at lunchtime where you can get a pizza for five pounds.
It has traditional New York Italian diner décor and even plays Italian language tapes in the toilets, so you can brush up on your Italian at the same time.
Situated on a retail Park and alongside an Odeon cinema and a Pizza Hut it is a great place to unwind after shopping, although it gets very busy (best book in advance in peak times) and the service can sometimes be slow.

Frankie & Benny’s is located on the busy Silverlink Retail Park directly next door to the Odeon Cinema. This American/​Italian restaurant is fantastic it is easily accessible, the staff are friendly and the menu offers a variety of different dishes (pizzas, pastas, steaks, seafood etc) making it easy for even the most picky eater to find something they like. The prices are slightly on the high side but discounts are offered to customers who have a Cobalt Community Card. The restaurant is clean and the atmosphere is extremely warm and welcoming. Being situated next door to the cinema makes it an ideal place to make a night of it. I highly recommend this restaurant.
