if you’re facing a personal crisis or conflicted emotions you may need a professional therapist to talk to. Someone you can trust and rely on. Friends and family can help, but are not always neutral. Finding a therapist can help you make sense of your thoughts and emotions, or mend a broken relationship without these complications. As a qualified counsellor, I can listen to you with empathy and respect; helping you gain greater insight and self-awareness. I offer individual and couples counselling.

You may be struggling with difficult relationships; or unpredictable emotions and find it hard to think straight. Perhaps you’re experiencing a loss of identity and meaning. Or suffering with anxiety and depression. Whatever the reason, I can help you with mindfulness, self-acceptance and unconscious processes. I have a Masters Degree in Psychotherapy; five years of rigorous training and expertise in lecturing trainee counsellors at Saint Mary’s University College.
