Established in 2008 RentLocally is a locally-based residential lettings agency that focuses on letting property quickly, efficiently and cost-effectively. Founded in 2008, we have rapidly become established as one of Scotland’s most successful letting agencies.
We offer our landlords a choice of services, from straightforward tenant finding to full property management, together with a range of optional add-ons. Our custom-built innovative property management technology helps to takes the stress out of letting and to make life easier for landlords, who can access all their property information at the click of a mouse.
RentLocally helps landlords to maximise rental income by offering expert advice, intensive marketing and an expert tenant-finder process. We provide excellent service from dedicated local property experts who have a personal approach. All in all, we are The Better Letting People.

John H.
Business Owner
John was motivated by his personal experiences in residential letting to co-found RentLocally in 2008. John sold a substantial business in the mid-2000s and moved into property management and lettings.
He rapidly built a successful portfolio of over 120 properties, but found that the general standards of service for landlords were poor. Determined to change this, he started up RentLocally with the aim of providing a better letting experience.
Now with over 10 years’ experience in property investment and letting, John brings a wealth of expert knowledge to the team. He takes the business of letting seriously and his natural business acumen, combined with entrepreneurial spirit, has driven the development of a highly successful company.
John’s commitment is to deliver on his promises, resulting in a unique approach to residential letting that offers outstanding value and service to both tenants and landlords.
