Food at The Folly is VERY special indeed. Head Chef David Horak produces modern European cuisine with a contemporary twist. All dishes are created fresh to order using only the finest produce which is sourced locally wherever possible.
History
Established in 1800.
The Folly has traded as a hostelry for well over 200 years. The original building has been traced back to 1730, although it is very likely older than that.
The current owners took over in 2013 and have created a wonderful dining venue where food and service are both impeccable.

With over 50 years of experience in numerous venues in the UK, Europe and overseas, Robert brings with him a wealth of experience. Supporting him is Head Chef and business partner David Horak. David’s food is unbelievably good! He sources local products where possible and daily creates master pieces on a plate!
