History

Established in 1989.

Natalie Chapman founded Contract Personnel in November 1989, initially focusing on supplying angecy HGV drivers and temporary production workers to industrial clients throughout Norfolk.

From the start the business focused on providing a high quality recruitment service with 24 hour on call assistance for clients needing staff at short notice. It also placed ethical business practices at the core of its service, ensuring all staff supplied to business are fully compliant with current employment legislation is paramount.

In recognition of this Contract Personnel was the first East Anglian recruitment agency to receive REC accreditation.
