The Caveman Principles have been around for sometime, however it was not until a chance meeting with an Aussie whilst on a Cruise was it formulated into a real business. The time it has taken to write, edit, find a publisher and get the book to market has been a massive determined effort by all those involved. Now the book has been released the next exciting stage of the business has been launched, delivering the teaching of The Caveman!

Carl has suffered his fair share of stress and decided that enough was enough. Even after paying loads of money to other companies to combat this problem he discovered none of it worked. The courses and training workshops did not get to the root of the problem.

Carl decided that the only person who was going to solve it was himself. He researched, trailed and conquered Stress for himself. Afterwards people made comment about his change of attitude and he shared his Caveman ideas. These ideas worked for his friends as well.

Now he had a proven technique and he knew many hundreds of people who needed his help he wrote a book to help. From the book he has developed and runs Caveman Workshops for those that want a one day intensive course. His style and presentation skills have also been recognised and he has turned his hand to Professional Speaking. He has been asked to deliver keynote presentations on his Caveman Principles and he does not want to ever disappoint his clients…
