This is a great place to come for drinks and the food is amazing. it has just been refurbed and has a fantastic atmosphere and feel to it. i have been going here for years and it has never been bettet.

Trendy, busy wine/​beer bar in Old Town. Drinks are quite pricey but it’s always crowded. Very limited beer selection, mostly imports. Nicely kept though.

Gotta love Longs bar. On bank holiday weekends they do a free BBQ! It is amazing, you can donate to a charity box, which pretty much everbody does but you get free burgers, sausages etc. There is always such a good atmosphere here, with lots of different areas. They have outside area with heating lamps, 3 bars (one outside, one in main area and another at the back of the bar) which means you never seem to have to wait for too long to get your drink.
They get DJ’s in for brilliant music, they sit up on a sort of balcony thing looking down onto the people in the bar. Definitely one to visit if you’re in Old Town.

I‘m a regular at Longs in Old Town. The crowd there is generally over 21s (great!). In the summer there is a nice conservatory area to chill out in. The décor is good and the back opens out into a large area. Longs serve food all day long which consists mainly ciabattas, pannins, burgers, tortillas, steaks and salads. Food is reasonably priced and the quality is good.
