Covingham Square Post Office

If i could give them a zero then i would. Very rude, miserable and everything is too much trouble for them!
They moan everytime they have to do a postal order, how hard can it be? they only have to put it into a machine which prints it out!!! they don’t know what they are doing most of the time, i sell a lot of things on ebay and always find out how much postage is before i send them, i then let my customers know but when i take it back to send it they charge me even more so i am then out of pocket!!!
I have complained to their bosses on several occasions but nothing seems to improve

Well what can I say, just taken my severly disabled son to post some items that needed proof of posting and was meet by the most miserable women.
When my son asked for proof of posting she just took the items off him and shoved them in the bag behind the counter saying these are freepost .
My son said yes I know but I still need proof of posting, she gave him the the look of death scibbled the post code on the returns card stamped it and put it on her counter were my son struggled to reach (as he is in a wheelchair). She just turned her back and mumbled something to her colleague.
What a rude bad mannered women. If you go in there you will probably know which one I mean.
From now on we will go to Cavendish Post Office (which might be deemed a rough area), but with no question the staff are far more pleasent
