Visited this store recently on 2 separate occasions for different projects. On both occasions I found the experience of the staff to be what I would liken to a stranger walking into a saloon and the tumbleweeds rolling past! Yes, they have a reasonable selection of fabrics and sundries, but they’re not cheap, and being a sewing novice I had hoped for a little more than the clinical and curt responses that I received when I asked questions.

Everything you need for dressmaking. This shop has a large selection of fabrics and also sells dress patterns — the last time I visited they did 3 different pattern makes. Some of their fabrics seemed a little over priced to me but I was looking for something suitable for an evening dress/ballgown so didn’t pay too much attention to the cheaper fabrics. Staff quite helpful when asked but otherwise a bit stand offsish.
