In many cases, we can assist under Legal Aid, but where this is not possible due to scope or eligibility issues, we offer extremely competitive rates for privately funded work.

History

Established in 2009.

Originally founded under the name Ty Arian, the firm was founded by three experts in the fields of Housing, Debt and Welfare Benefits Law with the express purpose of providing high quality legal advice to those who might otherwise be unable to afford it.

Since that time, the firm has grown steadily, and now also incorporates an Immigration and Asylum team, as well as a Civil Litigation department.

In 2015, as part of a programme of changes designed to facilitate ease of communication with clients and third parties across the United Kingdom, the firm’s name was changed to T. A. Law.
