They didn’t give us straws or napkins at the drive thru and when my mum asked for some the girl told her to piss off. I rang to complain but the same girl answered the phone and claimed to be the manager who also told me to piss off. I was under the impression the manager was male? The meals are always sloppy too.

For a mcdonalds this had a nice interior, nice old pillars and such. Only problem is, is that if you don’t know how to get in, you may not be able to find the entrance straight away.

This Mcdonalds is in Morriston next to Matalan, there is a carpark though sometimes it can be hard to park when they are busy.
Inside you will find quite a big restaurant that is stuck in the 90‘s, it really could do with being updated like the other Mcdonalds in Swansea.
Service is usually quick though be warned if you order your food with no salt you will have to wait while they cook a new batch.
The drive through is quite quick though they do tend to park you so there can be a wait for food.
staff are always very friendly and helpful and food is always hot.
