E.E Shop Orange

The worst customer service anywhere, walked in the staff didn’t want to know, but not only that they didn’t know what they were talking about,

Ever walked into a shop where you just know you are NOT going to get any sense from the staff, well this shop will be right up your street, for being totally useless and NOT interested in you at all. We walked in here recently with a Voucher to put £20 on our Daughters phone, as unfortunately Tesco’s had made a mistake, and given us a voucher on PAYG instead on a top up, so you would think it would be simple to walk into this shop and get the voucher validated. Wouldn’t You.
NO CHANCE .
As all the sales assistants were FAR too busy playing on their Mobile Phones, even though the shop was EMPTY to attend to us Customers, and once we eventually managed to prise a so called «Customer Assistant «away from his beloved Smart phone, we asked the simple question of, can we please put the £20 credit onto our Daughters phone, and believe it or not, he said all the Managers were away on a training course, and he and the rest of the staff couldn’t do anything without a Manager to authorise the fact, so he politely and nicely asked us to go away, give the shop a ring, and when and IF a Manager was available, we could then come back into the store AGAIN, and only IF the Manager was there we could put the £20 credit on her phone, which was almost farcicial in this day and age
Needless to say, we didn’t call the shop again, or go back in to see this all important «Manager «instead complained to the E. E (Orange) network and got the £20 Voucher validated in seconds, plus another £10 credit for our trouble with this store, the network also apologised for the total incompetence of the staff employed in the shop in Oxford Street.
So, if you want any help or advice on E.E. (Orange) products, do NOT use this Shop
