History

Established in 2006.

The Swansea office launched at the start of 2006 dealing with both residential sales and lettings.

CharEstate Swansea have built up a large residential lettings portfolio during the first 3 years of business and are expanding in to the student market along with short term and Summer lettings.

A large percentage of our portfolio is managed by us although we do offer a tenant finding only service. We can build a package to suit each individual landlord’s needs.

The sales side of the company is also expanding too and we cover the whole of Swansea and surrounding areas. Our sales fees are just 1%, the lowest in Swansea.

Andrew is the sole owner of CharEstate Swansea and also the senior negotiator.

He has built up a tremendous reputation in the Swansea area among sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants alike and prides himself on customer satisfaction.
