Wonderful tackle shop, recntly moved to this bigger premises, 1 mile from home, open Sundays and often later at night.
Very friendly, enjoy a cup of tea or coffee, tell and listen to fishermen’s tales; good bait, amazing array of tackle very competitively priced.
Staff very informative, and friendly and other anglers always in shop talking fishing so plenty of up to date information and tips. Simply the best tackle shop I have ever had the pleasure of being in since Chapman’s at Saltley viaduct Birmingham in 1950’s.
Fantastic Match and real fishing area with stick floats, centre pins, small hooks etc and a separate huge area for those strange people wishing to drag in more carp with all those silly alarms, bivvies and stuff. I believe this area is good too but I have not yet ventured into it.

The prices at Redfins are amazing. The prices are much cheaper than alot of bigger places that sell the same brands.
They seem to have a decent range of items and don’t stock really cheap rubbish that breaks the first time you use it, they have better items like rods in the Warrior predator series. Overall I bought the Warrior predator fox rod, which is really good for the price, and a load of bait and floats the delivery was extremely quick and arrived the next day, so i had no problems at all. Would certainly buy from again.
