The Sutton office is managed by Phil Gulvin who has worked in the branch for 18 years and also lives in the town and can provide a wealth of knowledge to people looking to sell or move to the area.

Phil’s team consists of Derek Liu, Andrew Ordona, George Fenton, and our two financial advisors Carolyne Street and Nick Ward.

Established in 1999.

Having traded under the name of General Accident Property Services since 1988, the company changed their name to Your Move after the merger of various other insurance bodies.

Your Move is now an independant Estate Agency and is in fact the largest single branded agency in the UK

I have being working at the Sutton branch for 18 years and also live locally. Previous areas that I have worked on include Crystal Palace, Croydon, Epsom, and Banstead.
