Here’s a recommendation for those who like indian cuisine. Bhujon Cocktail bar and Dining is a place well worth a visit. The promotional blurb states: «Bhujon has been created to provide our guest with two different experiences» and it was obvious to me what those experiences are. Firstly I was impressed by the décor and seating, open airy, modern and clean. Secondly the food was superb. I’m a fan of all indian foods, head chef Yuvraj Singh cook delicate cuisine from North India and I could certainly taste the difference. I enjoyed the King Prawn Cigars to start. Succulent fried king prawns prepared, in spices combined with pineapple and salsa chutney, coated in crispy fried pastry, £8.95 followed by Kali Mirch Ka Chicken. Diced chicken stir fried in ginger and spring onions with split jalapeño green chillies. £11.50. A very pleasant evening was had by all and we’re already planning our next visit.
