This is to ensure continuity of quality and client satisfaction at all time — enabling Dirty Cows to provide the highest quality professional service.

Dirty Cows bespoke cleaning services has a large network of clients, the majority of which were recommended to use the services by existing satisfied long-​term clients.

History

Established in 2008.

Dirty Cows was born out of a need to revolutionise the cleaning industry and to change the perception of cleaning in general.

Our main difference is that we fully employ our staff & they look at Dirty Cows as a career — Each Dirty Cows cleaner has full training, is enhanced police checked has performance related pay along with quarterly rewards and a yearly award ceremony where the Cleaner of the Year wins a £3000 cash prize.

The company is our passion, we maintain high standards at all times, with Quality Managers who regularly & randomly «Spot Check» each cleaner & clean.

Having the same cleaner allocated to the client — at the same time every visit promotes consistancy and job pride/​satisfaction and having your own Quality Manager whom clients are at liberty to contact whenever they wish promotes honest feedback.
