This is a beautiful little building… lots of little nooks and crannies and the décor is fantastic. I love the Kama Sutra pictures in the loos — you can’t help wondering how… well. That’s a different conversation. The food was a little bit disappointing. I had the monkfish tikka and didn’t really enjoy it very much as it seemed to be a bit over seasoned, but the prawn kharphatla starter was delicious. Don’t make plans to move on to another venue after and don’t give yourself any timeframes because they really don’t rush with their service!!!

Fantastic modern Indian cuisine. Not cheap but easily compares to many of the top restaurants in London. Décor follows colonial style and is very tasteful.

Myself and a party of 5 visited this restaurant recently. We found the staff to be unfriendly and distant. The starter course was average for this so-called ‘renowned’ Indian chain. The main course(s) were to the majority below mediocre, lacking in spice and small portioned for the price. We live locally and will not be revisiting under any circumstances.

Indian Zest is a newcomer to Sunbury and very different from the other local Indian restaurants which tend to make their food rather middle of the road, but are now refurbishing and re-menuing to catch up. Overall the menu is a little pricy and there are more of the type of new Indian cooking dishes that one would expect to see in the City than in the suburbs — but on that alone it is worth a trip. One for friends not family.
