Currently run by the train operator National Express East Anglia this station has services to London, Norwich, Cambridge and Peteborough.
The is a large car park managed by NCP which is quite considerable in size with parking meters that accept cash or card payment.
Facility wise there is a small wine bar open in the evenings and a small café/​newsagents. The paper shop can be found on platform 2 which is just through the booking hall.
Outside of opening hours tickets can be purchased from self service ticket machines both of which are located under cover in the event of bad weather.
Wheelchair access is available to each platform.
There are level crossing barriers which drop when services approach blocking traffic and pedestrians from passing.
