We are the stokes family and have been eating at the french connection for many years, my parents have breakfast there every saturday morning without fail and we have attended the special evenings for a number of years the last one being the ’ Allo Allo ’ night just before xmas. This place is FANTASTIC and being as we love France you can’t get anything more aunthentic than this. The food is superior quality and the staff are really friendly (especially ’ grandepere’ the owner as we call him (he will laugh about this i’m sure) and the atmosphere is something special. i would recommend the french connection to anyone who loves good food and a cosy atmosphere.
