massive store which has two floors to it.
great value for money and the clothes from there have always lasted.

The Next store in Hanley has recently been refurbished and is a pretty large store situated on the first floor and second floor in the Potteries Shopping Centre. It generally has a good choice of clothes and homeware as good as you would find in many other large Next stores. If they haven’t got what you want in stock then you can order items from the Next directory and collect them from the store at no extra cost. This is a great service if you want something particular although it can take up to a week from placing the order to the item being ready to collect and they do sometimes lose things! Next have great sales twice a year where they reduce most stock to half price. The Hanley store normally has a great choice when the sale is on but it can get very busy. This is a good Next shop and I would recommend it.

The Next store in the Potteries Centre was originally in two different units with the childrens clothes in a seperate store. Both units have now been merged into the current location which means that everything is now in the same shop which is much better.
The range and quality of clothes is very good and they are usually up to date with the latest fashions. The prices are in the mid range — not Primark cheap or designer expensive.
The end of season sales at Next (especially the Christmas one) are well worth looking out for as you can get some real bargains with many items half price but be prepared to get up early!

I personally love next and think the store at Stoke is a great store.
It is very spacious and has lovely dispays and set outs and has a wide range of choice

Next is great its massive and sells wonderful clothes ecspecailly for kids and at good prices.
The staff always look smart and are really friendly .
Next changes there range of clothes like theres no tomorrow which is a good thing as it brings diffrent varitiey.
There is always a lovely window display ecspecailly right now where my daughter wont move as shes looking at the lights
The only bad thing is that there is that many gorgeous things i want to buy them all .
The store is very spaceous you could fit a bus up the isles .
The womens and mens clothes are good and again good quality.
