New Look

very nice shop, staff are always friendly and help you, they shop is clean, good quality clothes, good prices

I think the other reviewer may have got a bit confused as this newlook doesnt have an upstairs, and as far as i know none of them have a mens section!
Anyways, on to the shop. Its located on the ground floor of the potteries centre near to body shop. It has a full range of clothing, although not as much as some of the larger flagship stores in the larger towns and cities, which is a little disappointing when you’re looking for something in particular that you may have seen in a magazine.
The shoe section is large, and the underwear section has a full range of sizes and the quality is high whilst keeping the prices low.
There is a strong sense of fashion following so a lot of the items of clothing are a little odd to me, but they also have the basics, and some slightly more ‘individual’ items of clothing.

New Look is not one of my favourite shops and when I went into this shop I did not change my mind either. When I went in, the worker there stared at me with a funny look. Maybe it was because I hadn’t done my hair that day, but anyway I just ignored it. As I was looking for the men’s section, she came up to me and asked me if I needed any help. She pointed me to the men’s section upstairs. As I was looking through the clothes she came up and said whether I was going to buy something or not. What kind of a question is that? I told her no, not anymore because I don’t want to buy in a place where they see me as a thief. What a comment she made.

The New Look store is situated in the basement of the Potteries Shopping Centre, Hanley. It is quite a large store with a pretty good choice and a good shoe section. The only problem with this store is that it always seems very disorganised and it is not very well laid out. It is difficult to navigate your way around the store and the large choice of shoes is crammed into the back corner. This store is in desperate need of someone to put things in some sort of order so that customers can see what they are selling. If you can be bothered to hunt round to find what you are looking for then you can pick up some fashionable clothes at good prices. For those people who can’t be bothered to hunt through the jumble of clothes I would suggest trying a different branch of New Look.
