You can’t go wrong at Frankie and Benny’s, great food great price, great location.

Quite simply a great place to go for food!

Frankie and bennys is a really nice restaurant in Stoke on Trent (festival park). It is a really lively grill where they sell a wide range of food and really lively music. They are really friendly but i don’t like it when they stare at the table when you have the bill to see if we leave a tip. But overall really clean family restaurant.

Stayed the night at the neighbouring Premier Inn, so we ate there twice, dinner and breakfast. Food was good, lots of it and service was fast in the evening despite the fact it was very busy. By the time we left people were queuing for tables — it was Saturday night — but busy times I’d advise you book. Breakfast isn’t cheap but a good choice and a few veggie options. All in all I’d recommend, yes its a chain but its one of the better ones

Frankie and Bennys on the Festival park is an American themed bar/​grill serving a large range of food ranging from pizzas to steaks.
The food is not particularly cheap but you do get very large portions so if you have a good appetite it works out good value for money. However, if you don’t tend to eat much, you might find yourself paying for a massive plate of food and having to leave a lot of it.
The actual quality of the food is very good and the steaks in particular have always been cooked exactly how I have ordered them.
The standard of hygiene at the restaurant seems very good and it is always kept very clean and tidy.
The only thing I could fault is the size of the tables. The last time I visited with 3 friends, we ordered 2 pizzas to share between us but when they arrived there was barely enough room left on the table to fit the plates on!

Festival park Frankie and bennys is very nice inside. There is something for everyone. The prices are a little high but the experience is good they also have offers online time to time like at the moment on their website you get five pounds off your bill all you have to do is print off a voucher. They have a large range of dishes but alot have pork in which i don’t like the taste of and they cant change the ingredient unless its on a pizza topping. They have little packs for children to coulr and do puzzles to keep them entertained and the staff talk to the children and ask if the food is ok when you are eating. Drinks are not cheap but its in a really good location and is lively would defiantly recommend to try it out.

Service is brill, staff are well trained and dressed, food is out of this world and everything you need is there .
The toilets are clean and whilst you do what need to be done you get taught italian lol. the soft drinks were refill which were free.

Frankie & Benny’s is one of my favourite restaurants. It has got good access for disabled. The place is always clean and tidy. The staff are polite and helpful.
They have got a good selection of food for all the family, they have a good range of starters, a good range of main meals from pizza, pasta, fish n chips and many more.
There are some really nice puddings as well.
There are male, female and disabled toilets.
