The staff at Carphone Warehouse have very limited knowledge of the products and services that they are selling. They weren’t able to offer any decent recommendations on the best hand set for me and didn’t guide me through the services that they offer. I was sent from staff member to staff member and one couldn’t even open the back of a phone! Very poor service and won’t use again.

The first (and probably the last) time I visited the Carphone Warehouse I wasn’t very impressed.
I wanted to upgrade my mobile to an iPhone and had to wait quite a while to be served. When there was eventually someone free, I explained that I was already with O2 and wanted to upgrade and was told it was no problem. After an hour of the staff head scratching (and trying to flog me broadband I didn’t even want!) I got told that the only way I could upgrade was to temporarily move to a pay as you go sim on another network and then swap back to O2 again!
After this, I went to the O2 store and had my new phone within 15 minutes!
