This used to be called the Leckford Hut but now has been transformed into a wonderful French restaurant. It has an airy feel about it inside with pretty furnishings. There is a bar at the side with an open fire. The owners and their staff make everyone feel most welcome. There are tables inside and out. The set lunches are terrific value(midweek only.) We have tried wild boar, grouse, all sorts of unusual foods. Beautifully cooked authentic French food in a countryside location. The wine list is also good. The owner received his training in a very well regarded restaurant in Paris called Au trou gascon which specialises in the cuisine of South West France.
