I started my business after realising I needed to be my own boss and I’ve never regretted it. Being the owner of your own business can be daunting and extremely challenging but also rewarding. To be successful you do have to work hard and bring your attention and upmost focus to the front line. Building a successful business begins with solid foundations. These foundations are created through a happy customer base. Happy customers spread the word. Their promotional message us heard by many who also eventually spread the word. I still have customers who used my services 19 years ago calling me back for more work. Customer relations are critical to a long surviving successful venture.
